  钛白粉,是一种重要的无机化工颜料,主要成分为二氧化钛。钛白粉的生产工艺有硫酸法和氯化法两种工艺路线。 在涂料、油墨、造纸、塑料橡胶、化纤、陶瓷等工业中有重要用途。<\/p>

  1)相对密度<\/p>

  在常用的白色颜料中,二氧化钛的相对密度小,同等质量的白色颜料中,二氧化钛的表面积大,颜料体积高。<\/p>

  2)熔点和沸点<\/p>

  由于锐钛型在高温下会转变成金红石型,因此锐钛型二氧化钛的熔点和沸点实际上是不存在的。只有金红石型二氧化钛有熔点和沸点,金红石型二氧化钛的熔点为1850℃、空气中的熔点为(1830±15)℃、富氧中的熔点为1879℃,熔点与二氧化钛的纯度有关。金红石型二氧化钛的沸点为为(3200±300)℃,在此高温下二氧化钛稍有挥发性。<\/p>

  3)介电常数<\/p>

  由于二氧化钛的介电常数较高,因此具有优良的电学性能。在测定二氧化钛的某些物理性质时,要考虑二氧化钛晶体的结晶方向。锐钛型二氧化钛的介电常数比较低,只有48。<\/p>

  4)电导率<\/p>

  二氧化钛具有半导体的性能,它的电导率随温度的上升而迅速增加,而且对缺氧也非常敏感。金红石型二氧化钛的介电常数和半导体性质对电子工业非常重要,可利用该性质生产陶瓷电容器等电子元器件。<\/p>

  5)硬度<\/p>

  按莫氏硬度十分制标度,金红石型二氧化钛为6~6.5,锐钛型二氧化钛为5.5~6.0,因此在化纤消光中为避免磨损喷丝孔而采用锐钛型。<\/p>

  6)吸湿性<\/p>

  二氧化钛虽有亲水性,但其吸湿性不太强,金红石型较锐钛型为小。二氧化钛的吸湿性与其表面积的大小有一定关系,表面积大,吸湿性高,还与表面处理与性质有关。<\/p>

  7)热稳定性<\/p>

  二氧化钛属于热稳定性好的物质。<\/p>

  8) 粒度<\/p>

  钛白粉粒度分布是一个综合性的指标,它严重影响钛白粉颜料性能和产品应用性能,因此,对于遮盖力和分散性的讨论可直接从粒度分布上进行分析。<\/p>

  片碱在水处理行业中被广泛当成中和剂使用,在化工行业中广泛用于各种钠盐制造、肥皂、造纸、棉织品、丝、粘胶纤维、橡胶制品的再生、金属清洗、电镀、漂白等。片碱具有强腐蚀性,对于片碱的*防护有着特殊的要求。<\/p>

  对片碱操作的工人是容易受到片碱危害的人群,要求这些员工在上岗之前要穿着防护服,戴防护工作,并且要求公司提供*淋浴和洗眼设备。片碱在生产过程中容易泄漏,对于片碱泄漏要采用应急处理。隔离泄漏污染区,控制出入。建议应急处理人员戴防尘口罩,穿防酸碱服。穿上适当的防护服前严禁接触破裂的容器和泄漏物。尽可能切断泄漏源。用塑料布覆盖泄漏物,减少飞散。勿使水进入包装容器内。用洁净的铲子收集泄漏物,置于干净、干燥、盖子较松的容器中,将容器移离泄漏区。<\/p>

  是重要的化工基础原料,用途广。化学工业用于制造甲酸、草酸、硼砂、苯酚、氰 化钠及肥皂、合成脂肪酸、合成洗涤剂等。纺织印染工业用作棉布退浆剂、煮练剂、丝光剂和还原染料、海昌蓝染料的溶剂。冶炼工业用制造氢氧化铝、氧化铝及金属表面处理剂。仪器工业用作酸中和剂、脱色剂、脱臭剂。胶粘剂工业用作淀粉糊化剂、中和剂。另外,在搪瓷、医药、化妆品、制革、涂料、农药、玻璃等工业都有广泛应用。<\/p>

  羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC):食品、药品的乳化、粘接、成膜。洗涤剂中作为抗污垢再沉积剂。由精制棉与NaOH反应制成碱纤维素,后与氯乙酸一步法醚化反应制得。<\/p>

  2、绿色净水处理剂<\/p>

  高铁酸钠(Na2FeO4)的制备<\/p>

  3NaClO(次氯酸钠)+2Fe(OH)3(氢氧化铁)+4NaOH==2Na2FeO4+3NaCl+5H2O<\/p>

  碱式氯化铝(PAC\/BAC)使病毒的蛋白质变性.及水净化、废水处理,强氧化钠调节ph值.<\/p>
